In September 2025, Actifs Précieux|Apyrion embarked on an extraordinary journey as our CEO and Founder was selected as an Emerging Leader for the prestigious TechWomen 2025 program.

Organized by the U.S. Department of State, TechWomen brings together women innovators and changemakers from across the globe, recognized for their leadership potential in science, technology, and entrepreneurship.

For Actifs Précieux| Apyrion , this marks not only a personal milestone for our founder, but also a collective achievement: carrying the voice of green innovation and deeptech into a global conversation about the future of technology.

Immersion in Silicon Valley

The first week has been a whirlwind of discovery and inspiration. From the moment our CEO stepped into California, she entered an ecosystem where bold ideas are nurtured and scaled into global impact.

Hosted by Google and guided by world-class mentors, this immersion places our Emerging Leader at the intersection of innovation, diversity, and sustainability — the very values that drive Actifs Précieux.

Mentorship at Google

A cornerstone of TechWomen is mentorship. Our CEO is privileged to be guided by Seena Shankar and Amarachi (Amara) Umunnakwe, two remarkable professionals from Google who embody leadership, vision, and impact.

Through their mentorship, Actifs Précieux is exploring new horizons: positioning DeepCapt & TheoCapt as a breakthrough solution for fragrance, cosmetics, and nutraceutical industries, accelerating innovation while staying true to our ecological commitments, and connecting our mission with global ecosystems dedicated to sustainability and inclusion.

Global Female Leaders

The most inspiring part of this first week has been meeting fellow Emerging Leaders from Africa, Asia, the Middle East, Latin America, and Europe.

Each woman carries a powerful story, expertise, and vision. Together, they form a global sisterhood united by a belief that change knows no borders.

From AI for climate action, to health-tech in underserved regions, to renewable energy pioneers — this diversity of perspectives fuels a shared conviction: the future of technology must be inclusive, sustainable, and female-led.

Impact for Actifs Précieux

For Actifs Précieux, this recognition as part of the TechWomen cohort of Emerging Leaders is a validation of our mission: transforming traditional chemistry through clean, solvent-free supercritical extraction.

Being part of this ecosystem allows our company to:

showcase our expertise to global partners, frame our technology not just as a process, but as a movement for sustainability, and align with international innovation trends where deeptech meets ecological responsibility.

Looking Ahead

This first week is only the beginning. With three more weeks ahead, TechWomen 2025 promises more learning, cultural exchange, and opportunities for collaboration.

Our CEO continues this journey not only as an entrepreneur, but as an Emerging Leader committed to shaping a future where science, technology, and sustainability walk hand in hand.

At Actifs Précieux| Apyrion we believe innovation must be clean, ethical, and inclusive. Through the voice of our CEO and Founder, recognized as an Emerging Leader at TechWomen 2025, we are proud to bring our mission into the global spotlight.

Silicon Valley is not just a place of inspiration — it is a launchpad to amplify our impact, to push boundaries, and to inspire a new generation of women innovators worldwide. 🌱
