Founded by Hajer Saoudi and Hedi Derouiche, Actifs Précieux now operates through two legally independent and autonomous entities, united by a common vision: to create a new generation of botanical ingredients at the crossroads of technology, sustainability, and sensorial excellence.
In Tunisia, Actifs Précieux APEX is a production facility dedicated to supercritical CO₂ extraction of Mediterranean botanicals, combining local sourcing with short, traceable and ethical supply chains.
In France, Actifs Précieux is positioned as an R&D-driven DeepTech & GreenTech platform, focusing on applied research, circular economy models, and the upcycling of agro-industrial co-products—notably through the TheoCapt™ project centered on cocoa husk transformation.
Though autonomous, both entities share the same DNA and long-term vision: to create clean, traceable, and high-value botanical ingredients for the fragrance, cosmetic, nutraceutical, and food & beverage industries.
