Marketing & Communication Manager BTOB

As a Marketing Manager at Actifs Precieux you will develop and share market, consumer, and brand expertise in the Personal Care and functional food categories. You will be responsible for managing a pipeline of multinational projects and customer requests.

In this exciting role, reporting to the CEO, you will:


Initiate research, development, and implementation of new marketing programs: including direct mail, corporate sales, social media marketing, conventions, workshops, advertisements, sales tools and other initiatives.


Develop Category Knowledge: build in-depth market and consumer understanding for assigned product categories, monitoring its dynamics (market sizes & shares, new launches activity, competitive landscape).


Design & Drive Marketing Programs & Presentations: Initiate and guide new creative marketing programs to address creative team & customers needs, as well as create and deliver customer presentations & creative stories, tailoring Actifs Precieux’s value proposition to specific client & market need.


Branding and notoriety: Define and bring to life our editorial line, our tone of voice and our brand image Set up a PR plan and a media strategy Write notoriety content in collaboration with our PR agency Prepare presentations and press kits for media briefings.


Reporting & Analytics: Measure the performance of the content produced according to marketing objectives. Implement best practice measurement and evaluation tools to monitor communication projects and the effectiveness of the communication strategy.

Your professional profile includes :


  • A degree in marketing education (business school or university)
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience 
  • You have exceptional verbal & written communication skills. 
  • You have a high level of attention to detail, including a proven ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
